1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled anytime before delivery.

• Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Used products cannot be returned or refunded.

• To request a return, customers must email or WhatsApp us with a photo of the product showing the issue.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).

• Refunds are usually processed within 4–5 working days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Products that have been used after delivery.

• Discounted or sale items (unless defective or damaged on delivery).

5. Shipping for Returns

• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Paras Sports will bear the return shipping cost.
